“Palm Peeler” allows the user to peel several fruits or vegetables without stressing the wrist or creating friction points. By providing a comfortable non-slip grip, it encourages the user to maintain a neutral wrist position. Its innovative shape collects the peels for a cleaner kitchen and makes the disposal of peels easier.
In collaboration with Yazhen Liu and Sofia Egeris.
